    Students will discover their personal, God given mission by learning more about their Burdens, Passions, and Vision from God. They’ll serve alongside key urban ministries, learning how a personal mission can contribute to the overall Kingdom of God. Students will also participate in the Mission Race, a downtown team-based competitive learning experience.     Most Youth events, trips, and other activities will allow you to pay through your online registration for the event. If you need to pay for something that does not have it's own designated link, use this link and select 'Youth Activities' on the fund dropdown.

    Use this form if your teen will need to be given medication during a youth trip/event. 

    PLEASE NOTE: Prescribed medicine must be in its original container bearing the pharmacist’s label that includes instructions for dosage, the patient’s name, the name of the prescribing physician or other health professional, and a current date. Over-the-counter medicine must be in its original container, accompanied by the original printed instructions, and within expiration limits. Medicine will be administered as authorized in writing by the teen's parent or guardian, not to exceed amounts and frequency of dosage specified on the medication.

    Please place both the COMPLETED FORM and the MEDICATION (in its original container) inside a  GALLON SIZE ZIPLOCK BAG and give to the primary event leader at the time of arrival/drop-off.
